We have, as the saying goes, nothing to fear, but Fear.

It wraps us in a cloak of concrete. It immobilizes us. It causes us to see, to perceive, our life circumstance as something to detest, to abhor.

In the Twelve-Step Programs we often hear that fear is:

F – false
E – evidence
A – appearing
R – real.

How true!

How often have I feared that which would yield
a great benefit? Think about it. Look back over your life.
Those things that, at the time, seemed to be unmitigated
tragedies actually acted as the catalyst, the means, to live—to experience
many wondrous God-filled moments.

Why are ye fearful, O ye of little faith?
Jesus – Matthew 8:26
(When a great tempest arose on the sea)

Nothing in life is to be feared. It is only to be understood.
Marie Curie

Ultimately we know deeply that the other side of every fear is a freedom.
Marilyn Ferguson

Fear less. Hope more. Believe!
